Update 5.0 - Readability

Small pending update  about readability finally live:
- Added a small tutorial page before the game start to know how to recognize stuff in-game
- Added sprites and animations to car.
- Added kickback movement when hit by a car. 
- Added preview on point to know how much you earn for each action.
- now handle usernames (still bugged)
